Chris Kreider and the NY Rangers have come to terms at the steps of the courthouse apparently. In a last minute deal, CK20 has his bridge contract in hand for 2 years at 4.95M!

The good news is that both parties avoided the unpleasantries that come from an arbitration hearing. The AAV is fair for both sides at 2.45M and leaves the Rangers room to re-sign both Derick Brassard and John Moore.

Here is the current cap situation:

Before Kreider – $8,807,500

After Kreider – $6,357,500
