Pavel Buchnevich and other Rangers hit the MSG Training Facility ice with more arriving in NY

Some new faces hit the ice at the MSG Training Facility in Tarrytown, NY today. A bearded Pavel Buchnevich was joined by Ryan Lindgren and Julien Gauthier as they took the ice with other fellow Rangers participating in Phase 2.

According to new reports, Jacob Trouba has now made his way up from Florida to get ready for Phase 3 Training Camps. We also reported yesterday that Vitali Kravtsov is in NY from Russia. He was joined today by Libor Hajek who told us last week he was invited to camp.

Alexandar Georgiev arrived from Finland and is awaiting clearance to get on the ice. Kaapo Kakko is scheduled to leave Finland on Friday to join the Rangers as well.

That leaves Henrik Lundqvist, Mika Zibanejad, and Jesper Fast still in Sweden with no official return date set. Filip Chytil is also still in the Czech Republic. Remember, Phase 2 is voluntary so the Rangers can’t mandate them to come over and participate.
