Chalk up another winner to the stories dominating headlines in 2020. Former Detroit Red Wings superstar, Pavel Datsyuk is apparently “holed up” in a monastery with his spiritual leader. Yup, don’t adjust your eyes because you read that right.

Datsyuk Holed Up In A Russian Monastery

According to RT, Datsyuk has followed Father Sergius, whom he has called his spiritual leader for the last 10 years into a Cossack guarded monastery. Why does a place of worship need to be guarded by locals with military experience you ask? Because Father Sergius believes that the coronavirus pandemic is fake and an excuse to implant microchips into people.
