Alert: Rangers add more minor league depth with Nathan Gerbe to 1 year deal
The Rangers have agreed to terms with Nathan Gerbe who will play in Hartford this season.

Gerbe is small at 5’5″ and 180 lbs, but could help as an emergency call up during the season with his NHL experience. Gerbe is 28.
UPDATE: There is a chance that Gerbe is a temporary stop gap until Lindberg recovers from hip surgery. Even so, I’d like to see a young player like Nicklas Jensen get a chance first.
