BREAKING: Boomer Claims NYR Will Make A Shocking Trade

When Boomer was pressed he said it would be a team from the East, followed by it will work for both teams. Esiason was also asked if it was Callahan, Girardi or both, to which he replied only one. He also added this:

So here we go, a well connected source is indicating that the Rangers will make a trade with 90% certainty. Adding that many will not be happy about it. When you add it all up it sounds like Ryan Callahan may be the Ranger he is talking about.

It also appears that Callahan would be more of a rental. If so, then we can’t expect much in return, unless that other player is also a UFA in the summer. Esiason also stated that Vanek is 100% gone as well.
