Yesterday, the Rangers stated that Tony DeAngelo was a game-time decision. He took warmups, and will he in the lineup today.

Tony DeAngelo will play in game one

  • Tony DeAngelo – 11 GP, 2-7-9 – DeAngelo has tallied more assists against the Hurricanes than against any other opponent in his NHL career.
  • He has tallied an assist/point in four of the last five games against Carolina (five assists). DeAngelo has also registered a point in six of the last eight games against the Hurricanes, and he has posted a multi-point game in three of those contests (two goals, seven assists over the span).
