ECF GM1: Rangers look to get off to a fast start on Ben Bishop and the Lightning (TB v NYR 1PM)

The Rangers mission to complete “Unfinished Business” from last year continues. The Resilient Rangers as they deserved to be called, overcame another 3-1 deficit for the second consecutive year for the right to keep their Stanley Cup dreams alive.
At the other end, the Tampa Bay Lightning have had their own shares of ups and downs in these playoffs as well. It took 7 games in round 1 to get by the Detroit Red Wings and an extra 2 games against Montreal after being up 3-0 in the series.
For the Blueshirts, they need to get to Ben Bishop early as his confidence against the Rangers is sky high. He has never lost to the Rangers in his career, and sports an 8-0 record with a 1.49 GAA and .946 SV%.
Look for the Rangers to get going by using their speed through the neutral zone and then causing traffic in front. Chris Kreider and Rick Nash should play big roles to distract Bishop. Also, expect Martin St. Louis to find another gear and awaken from his slumber.
