Enjoy Super Bowl Sunday and some notes about my future!
Hey guys! I just wanted to shoot out another quick note to let you know what’s going on and some great resources you should be checking out as I leave the blogging world.
RUMOR SOURCES
Let’s start with where to go for Trade Rumors! Ignore anonymous accounts and phony insiders. You know the main players like McKenzie, Dreger, LeBrun and Friedman. Here’s two of my favorites that you should follow on twitter and bookmark their websites.
SPECTOR’S HOCKEY TWITTER and WEBSITE
CHRIS NICHOLS TWITTER and WEBSITE
FACEBOOK PAGES
Now, there are a handful of Facebook Pages that are dedicated to the NYR but these two are the best so go give them a like. Hey, they were both smart enough to share my posts so you know they know what’s up!
and for the heck of it…LIKE MY PAGE TOO!
BLOGS
Lastly, some of my writers over the years have gone on to many other blogs or started their own. So many blogs are out there, and it depends on what you are in to that determines if you’ll like them or not.
Here’s two up and comers if you want to check them out.
IN THE BLUESEATS
A FEW MORE NOTES OF THANKS
Shawn from In The Blueseats was very helpful in forcing me to WordPress so I could give you all a better experience. Big thank you to him.
Chris, my shotgun partner on FullTilt Rangers was a blast to work with and we had a great time podcasting.
Scott from BSN was a fan of the page and really helped spread my work to his vast following on FB.
And lastly, to all my FB/Twitter Followers and Readers! It’s hard to believe I impacted so many of you with this site and the outpouring after the news was amazing. Honestly, I was touched and a part of me regretted the decision but I know this is what’s right.
Since the announcement, many have contacted me to keep it going in some shape or form. The site is up until the end of the month, but I may pay to keep it up for the rest of the season just to review the offers. Again, the outreach and words of encouragement have been stunning.
Here’s a few:

@NYR_FullTilt Good luck bud, you’ll be missed. Drop me a line when you are at next NYR game with your son.

@NYR_FullTilt Another one bites the dust. Sorry to see you go. You were last true NYR fan prospective blog left. You'll be missed.

And those were just from three of the best in the business. Sometimes, you simply don’t realize you’re doing something positive until you stop.
So for now, things will stay as they are and I will continue to hang around social media. How can I just leave all the great people I’ve met doing this. You’re the reason I started this and why I may return in the future.
LET’S GO RANGERS
