John Moore has been suspended 5 games for his elbow to the head of Minnesota Wild forward Erik Haula.

Stephane Quintal and the Department of Player safety came down pretty hard on John Moore who is a repeat offender. The previous incident came as recent as this past post season, where Moore was suspended for a headshot on Montreal’s Dale Weise.
Michael Kostka is expected to take his place in the lineup.
