John Moore Takes The Ice For Informal Skate – Deal Close

Newsday’s Steve Zipay is reporting that John Moore is partaking in an informal skate with his fellow Rangers teammates. In addition, he has confirmed that there has been solid movement in Moore’s contract talks.

This is far better news then we could’ve hoped for. With the lack of updates on the situation, there was a concern for a holdout. Once John Moore is in the fold, the Rangers blue line will be at optimum efficiency and ready to take on the Eastern Conference and complete a mission started in 2012, when they lost in the ECF to the NJ Devils.
