Kevin Hayes tweets out “I’m not leaving” message to Rangers fans

In the early morning hours after the 1st round of the NHL draft, Kevin Hayes tweeted out a conspicuous movie clip from Wolf of Wall Street.

”I’M NOT LEAVING”
The scene depicts Leo DiCaprio’s character going on a curse laden rant that he’s not going anywhere. The timing of this tweet after almost a week of speculation that Hayes was on the move certainly raises eyebrows.
One such brow belongs to beat writer Larry Brooks who responded with this:
Regarding Kevin Hayes’ early AM tweet: the wolf neither has new contract nor agreement for extension with Rangers.

While all of this is too vague to report on, it is interesting and fun. My educated guess was that trading Hayes was very unlikely to begin with and it could be that he is letting fans know a deal is near.
We will see.
