While Stralman had a rock solid year, it was literally his first solid season in the league after being taken off the waiver wire. Some credit needs to be given to his partner Marc Staal and AV’s system fitting his abilities.
This closes the book on Stralman’s NYR tenure. Before NYR fans cry foul, Anton Stralman’s career year was 6 goals and 34 points in 2009-10. Dan Boyle put up 36 last season with 12 power play goals and is a perennial 50 point man on the blue line.
