MUST READ: FORECASTING CAM TALBOT’S PLAYING TIME
Last night however, Henrik Lundqvist appeared with Mike Richter at an event hosted by Steiner Sports. They were interviewed by ESPN’s Linda Cohn and discussed playing goal in NY. When talking about being hit in the throat, Richter called it the “scariest part of the game.” Lundqvist reiterated that he was lightheaded afterwards and his head was hurting due to the loss of oxygen to the brain. He admitted that his competitive nature didn’t allow himself to come out of the game.

Lundqvist showed no visible signs of ailment during the show. He was smiling, laughing and answering questions articulately. At this point, any reports of what it could be is pure speculation. All we know is what he said after the game.

(The trainers) told me to just breathe and then slowly it got better.”[/su_quote]
