Rangers 2020 first round pick, Braden Schneider makes Team Canada

Braden Schneider looking like a solid future blue-liner
When the Rangers selected a defenseman with that pick, it was a bit puzzling due to the need for centers. However everything coming about the kid has NHL written all over him. Schneider is projected to be a top four defenseman in two to three years. In the cap era, the Rangers need to be able to bring in top level talent at cost control.
The Rangers have tons of prospects coming in that are left handed in Matthew Robertson, K’Andre Miller, and Zac Jones but there’s no guarantees they will all make it. On the right, there isn’t much behind Nils Lundkvist making Schneider even more valuable to the organization.
