Rangers Have New ECHL Affiliate
After eight years serving as the ECHL affiliate of the New York Rangers, the Greenville Swamp Rabbits will no longer be associated with the Blueshirts.The Rangers new ECHL affiliate will be the Maine Mariners.
The Swamp Rabbits and New York Rangers have chosen not to extend their affiliation agreement next season.

The Swamp Rabbits have served as a pipeline to both Hartford and New York, most notably as the starting point as a professional for Cam Talbot. Greenville became the ECHL affiliate of the Rangers back in 2010 when New York ended their association with the Charlotte Checkers.
