Shot ‘Ribs’ Hank

Nothing can set panic into the hearts of Rangers fans worldwide than the word injury associated with Henrik Lundqvist. During a Team Sweden practice, Hank took a shot to the ribs in an area where his equipment shifted out of place. According to an MRI and the King per Larry Brooks…all is fine.

“A few days ago I took a puck right to the rib cage when my equipment somehow moved,” Lundqvist said in an email. “I did have some discomfort, and it’s sore and stiff and probably will be for a while, but I’m OK.”
