Zuccarello and Norway Go Winless in Round Robin

Michael Grabner scored twice and added an assist to give Austria their first win of the tournament. Norway finished round robin play without a win and only three goals. 

The Austrians were realistic after today’s win. Thomas Vanek, currently of the Islanders said “This was a lot of fun.” Vanek continued later with “If we draw a big nation, we know we’re probably not going to beat them, but why not be positive and give it our best shot?”

OLYMPIC RANGER WATCH

Mats Zuccarello finished with 5 more shots on goal and a -1 rating. He was once again one of Norway’s better players on a team not ready to compete at the Olympic level. Round robin action will close out today with the top 4 teams earning byes.
