The New York Rangers announced they will be without the services of Filip Chytil for the next 4-6 weeks. This is a devastating blow to the team, but more for young Chytil who was playing excellent hockey before the injury.

Without further information it is hard to determine what the exact injury is. After the collision with Evan Rodrigues, Chytil was shown on the Rangers bench in pain with the training staff working on what appeared to be his left wrist.
The nature of the timetable suggests a break or fracture, but is not known.
