July 16, 2021: A massive update to the Tracker as we note Duncan Keith’s trade to the Oilers, and Zach Parise’s buyout. Two new names have been added as well. July 3, 2021: Duncan Keith is the newest name to be added to the list after he asked the Blackhawks to trade him closer to home. The Edmonton Oilers are the team rumored to be interested in acquiring him. Seth Jones has another potential suitor in the Colorado Avalanche. And finally, it sounds like the Sabres and Eichel are nearing a “resolution” according to his agent.

June 23, 2021: Oliver-Ekman Larsson is back on the trade block and it sounds like this time around he will be traded. “This time around they are going to approach it differently,” Elliotte Friedman reported. “What Larsson told the Coyotes and what they’ve agreed to do is go out there, check the market, and they will bring a deal to him and he can decide if he’s comfortable going to that team.” Another that is potentially entering the trade market is Evander Kane. Per Frank Seravalli, “Sources indicate significant friction built up between Kane and a number of his teammates last season, frustration that was expressed clearly to management in exit interviews.”

June 18, 2021: More Jack Eichel talk as the Ducks appear to be the most likely landing spot. Other potential destinations have the Blue Jackets, and Flames. The Kings and Rangers may be both out of the mix. Sam Reinhart and Rasmus Ristolainen continue to draw interest, one team may be looking to add them both in the same deal. Meanwhile the Blackhawks are becoming a player to land Seth Jones.
