Tampa Bay Lightning closes training facility due to multiple positive COVID-19 tests
NHL Insider, Bob McKenzie is breaking news that the Tampa Bay Lightning have closed their training facility due to several positive tests for COVID-19. At the moment three players and two staffers have tested positive and additional testing is taking place.
COVID-19 cases in Florida
Over 4000 new COVID-19 cases have been recently reported in the State of Florida. According to McKenzie’s report, if the additional tests come back negative the facility will reopen and the NHL will continue with Phase 2.
