OFFICIAL: Rangers assign Hajek to Hartford
The Rangers announced that they have assigned defenseman Libor Hajek to the Hartford Wolf Pack.
Hajek, who has been recovering from a knee sprain since early December, was thrown back into the lineup on Saturday night in St. Louis and he looked out of place. Assigning him to Hartford is the right move, as it’ll give the 21-year-old time to get back up to speed before going back into David Quinn’s lineup.
