Rangers face old friend, Brad Richards in Chicago (NYR at CHI 7:30pm)
Brad Richards will see his former team for the first time since his compliance buyout this summer. On the year, Brad has 9 goals to go with 23 helpers and is averaging under 15 minutes a game. His low production on the high powered Blackhawks further justifies Sather’s decision to make the move.
The Rangers sit 3 points behind the idle Islanders for first in the Metro with 4 games in hand. NY will look to close that gap tonight against a Patrick Kane free Hawks team.
