Rangers release tonight’s lineup and goalie split against the Islanders

The Rangers had their pre-game skate earlier today and have just released their lineup for tonight’s 8PM tilt against the Islanders.

Official Rangers lineup

To be fair, we basically knew the lineup this morning. What was uncertain was who would start and how David Quinn would split time. Well now we know that Igor Shesterkin will start the first half with Henrik Lundqvist finishing the game off.

Brendan Lemieux will likely rotate on the lefts side of the third and fourth lines with both Greg McKegg and Phil Di Giuseppe. On defense, expect Libor Hajek to spot for Brendan Smith and Marc Staal.
