Rangers Roundup: New TSN Trade Bait List, Kreider, Marchand and more

Plenty of news to recap from the weekend and this morning. Additionally, tonight around 10PM EST, we are finally moving to a high speed server to better serve you, our readers. In the near future, you will also see some new site designs and improvements. We are growing and we owe it to you.

TSN Trade Bait List

The latest list is out and Chris Kreider is still at the top. However, Buchnevich dropped from 12 to 19 and Tony DeAngelo took a nose dive from 8 to 27. I wonder if that had anything with me messaging Frank Seravalli to point out what DeAngelo recently said about being confident he’s not going anywhere.

New Trade Meter Coming

Tomorrow is going to be exciting as I am speaking with Dennis Bernstein, a hockey insider for The Fourth Period Magazine, NHL Network, and Sirius XM. Here’s the latest NYR Trade Meter but expect a lot of changes soon.

Kreider and Rangers talks stall

The latest reports have Kreider and the Blueshirts contract talks going nowhere. While it appeared last week that the two sides may actually work out an extension, it looks like we are back to Kreider moving back up to number one on the meter.

Marchand Stirs Rangers Pot

Brad Marchand stirred the pot last night calling Ryan Lindgren out. The Bruins pest doesn’t feel worried about Lindgren because he doesn’t think he’s good enough to be in the NHL. That caused Tony DeAngelo to call him out and his tweet was liked by Ryan Strome and others. Good Luck to the Rat next time they meet.
