Trade Partners? Where the Rangers scouts have been recently

The Rangers are obviously looking to improve their team as we are all very well aware. What deals are out there remain to be seen. One way to at least narrow down the field is to look where the Rangers are sending scouts.
For the record, these people could simply be scouting a future opponent.
