Rangers and NHL release statements in support of K’Andre Miller

Today the Rangers held a Q&A with young prospect K’Andre Miller on Zoom. Sadly, during the session an individual spammed the chat with a serious racial slur. While there is video online of the incident we will not post it here. You can see that Miller was visibly upset while he was answering the questions. He still handled it with dignity and class.

Rangers Horrified

I reached out to the Rangers to express our support for K’Andre Miller and the organization. The Rangers are one of the most progressive and inclusive teams in sports and per a spokesperson they were horrified by the incident. The Rangers digital media department that conducted the Q&A were deeply impacted as well. We offer K’Andre and all those that were directly impacted our love and support. Glad that the Rangers and the league are investigating the situation.
