Rangers continue to add to Pack roster by signing Ryan Dmowski

As the off-season continues in Connecticut’s capital city, the Wolf Pack are quietly stocking up their roster for the upcoming season.

The latest signing announced is Ryan Dmowski, a Connecticut native that struck an AHL pact with Chris Drury. The 22 year old forward played the last four seasons with UMass-Lowell in Hockey East. In his senior year with the River Hawks, Dwmoski collected 14 goals, 9 assists for 23 points in 23 Hockey East contests.

In addition, the forward signed a PTO with Hartford late last season, playing the last 10 games of the season. In that span, he collected one goal, three assists for four points.

This signing is another depth player for Hartford. As the competition for spots intensifies, these prospects must be able to perform well to earn a spot within the NHL or AHL. The least performing prospects will begin in the ECHL with the Maine Mariners.

In Dmowski’s brief stint with the Wolf Pack, he had good looks on an under performing team with meaningless games. He will have work to do with transitioning and I am looking forward on what he can do next season within the organization.
