About Ryan Gagne

Some of Ryan Gagne's all-time favorite goalies have been Mike Richter, Henrik Lundqvist, and Igor Shesterkin. As a Yankees and Knicks fan, Ryan has strong bonds to New York, including a Central Park wedding. Although he grew up in New Hampshire and is a Boston Bruins fan, he embraces the challenge of writing (unbiasedly) for one of the world's toughest sports markets. Since returning to his journalism roots in 2021, he's written for The Hockey News, The Hockey Writers, and Sportsnaut.
