Mika Zibanejad still missing from camp
“Right now we’ll just list them as day to day and hopefully none of it is long term and that we’ll get them back on the ice as soon as possible,” Jeff Gorton said before camp opened. “Any time we can give you an update on these guys we will.”
Yesterday, David Quinn mentioned he would likely have an update after practice today. Stay tuned.
Mika Zibanejad a key player for the Blueshirts
Recently, Mika Zibanejad was ranked as the 10th best center in the NHL. It helps to have the highest goals per game average in the league to get you there. His 41 goals in just 57 games played was staggering as were his 75 points.
The Rangers will need Mika this season to replicate his efforts in order to make the post season.
