New York Rangers players ratchet up on ice workouts in anticipation of new season

Over the last several days, a number of videos have been posted on social media of players getting ready for the next season. In particular two of the top New York Rangers have shared videos of themselves on ice.

New York Rangers ramping up on ice workouts

Mika Zibanejad is the latest player to drop a video of himself working on his shot. This is just another good indication that the 2021 season starting in Mid-January is very likely.

Earlier in the week, Artemi Panarin also was on the ice working on his shot with his friend and PR guy, Artem Gavrilov.

Filip Chytil also shared a video of himself doing an off-ice workout to build leg strength.

A number of players are in NY at the Rangers practice facility working out as well. Confirmed names are; Alexis Lafreniere, Brendan Lemieux, and Chris Kreider.
