NHL suspends Rangers forward Brendan Lemieux but games to be determined

Lemieux will be suspended.

The NHL’s Department of Player Safety has just suspended Rangers forward Brendan Lemieux. However the number of games is still to be determined due to the suspension in play.

Following a hearing today, the DOPS has determined that Brendan Lemieux will be suspended for his hit on Joonas Donskoi Wednesday night. The precise parameters of the suspension will be determined and announced once resumption of play guidelines have been established.
