It’s been a big year for Perreault, who helped Boston College win the Hockey East regular-season championship. BC is considered one of the favorites to reach the NCAA Frozen Four, with Selection Sunday for the tournament four days away.

Perreault also helped the United States win the gold medal at the 2024 World Junior Championship in Sweden. He tied for second on the U.S. and fourth overall in scoring with 10 points (three goals, seven assists) in seven games.

Ahead of the recent NHL trade deadline, Perreault and forward prospect Brennen Othmann were considered untouchable by Rangers management, who refused to include either in any deal.

Joining Perreault, Leonard and Celebrini on the Hockey East All-Rookie Team are Smith, Maine forward Bradly Nadeau and Boston College goalie Jacob Fowler.
