According to the Rangers statement:

We intend to host roughly 2000 fans at every, beginning with the February 23 Knicks game against the Warriors and the February 26 Rangers fame against the Bruins.

A source informed me that season tickets holders will have priority to those games. “We know our fans are anxious to return and we can’t wait to see them at the Garden once again.”

From Governor Cuomo:

Starting Feb. 23, with approvals from state health officials, stadiums with a total capacity of more than 10,000 people will be able to operate at 10% capacity. Negative PCR tests will be required for visitors within 72 hours of an event, and there will be mandatory, socially-distanced seating. Masking, distancing and temperature checks will be required.
