Starting today, the Rangers announcers are about to pull off a feat by broadcasting 3 NHL games in 24 hours. This will happen in 3 different cities both MSG Networks and Westwood One/NBC Sports Radio.

It begins on MSG at 1pm with the Rangers versus Devils game for Joe Micheletti (TV) and Kenny Albert (Radio), as they will simultaneously call the action.

According to Scott Weiss, Director of Public Relations for MSG Networks:

“Following the game, Albert and Micheletti, who also serve as Westwood One/NBC Sports Radio’s lead NHL broadcast crew, will then go straight to Philadelphia and team up to provide the national radio broadcast of the matchup between the Penguins and Flyers tomorrow night at 8pm. After the game, the duo will then complete the hat trick by traveling down south to Washington, D.C. for MSG Networks’ television and radio broadcast of the Rangers/Capitals game on Sunday at 1230pm at Capital One Arena. Micheletti will be joined again in the booth by Rosen, with Albert on the radio call with Maloney.”

“We couldn’t be more excited,” said ALBERT. “If you love the sport of hockey, it will be a dream weekend. ERNIE BANKS would be proud. And we definitely won’t forget our scarves and gloves for the STADIUM SERIES game in PHILADELPHIA on SATURDAY night!”
