It was kid’s day at the Garden and the New York Rangers got down to business. It was two of their own kids that opened up the scoring and the Baby Blueshirts didn’t look back.

Chytil and Howden

Filip Chytil got the scoring opened up with a signature power move to the net that he needs to do more often. As a side note, he appeared to injure his knee in the third but was able to finish the game.

Howden made it 2-0 as it appears his move to the wing on the 3rd line was a spark.

CK20 Heating Up

Chris Kreider has a hop in his step as he continues burying pucks with 2 more today.

Hank and Zibanejad

Henrik Lundqvist was rock solid today and Mika Zibanejad added a lucky short handed goal to solidify the 5-1 win.

Refs and Lemieux’s rep?

This is becoming a joke and Brendan Lemieux is basically being prejudged.
