New York Rangers training camp day 4

David Quinn held a spirited practice today, but did so without his two biggest stars. Artemi Panarin will be back tomorrow as well as Libor Hajek. They both missed practice due to a procedural issues but nothing further was explained.

Also out was Mika Zibanejad, Keith Kinkaid, and Justin Richards. NHL protocols allow for teams not to disclose the nature of an absence. During the regular season however, any COVID related issues will be revealed.

Mika did arrive late from Sweden which has many thinking he could still be going through the quarantine protocol. We are still awaiting official word but according to David Quinn he isn’t at risk to miss opening night.

Tony DeAngelo ain’t having it anymore

Time to shut up the critics as DeAngelo will be getting a ton of minutes with Jacob Trouba this season.
