Rangers vs Bruins: It’s time for the Blueshirts to saddle up and get on their horses for a full 60 minutes against the Bruins. A win would go a long way in getting them back in the mix for the last playoff spot after dropping two to the Penguins.
The Rangers will have a morning skate with David Quinn to finalize his lineup around 5:45 pm.

Rangers vs Bruins: Alexandar Georgiev back in net
Keith Kinkaid played admirably for a goaltender that had not played an NHL game since 2019. However, admirably or valiant play doesn’t pick up two points in the standings.
Alexandar Georgiev who is 1-1 in his last two starts but struggled in each of them must pick up the slack. It’s good to see Igor Shesterkin back at practice but he’s nursing a groin injury that could become seriously problematic if rushed back to soon.
For Georgiev, he has strong numbers against the Bruins for his career. In six games played he’s 2-2-1, with a 2.72 GAA, and a .919 SV%. However, this will be his first career start against them in Boston.
Panarin back from leave, not ready yet
Artemi Panarin was all smiles as were his teammates when he joined them in Boston yesterday. Since it was his first practice back, David Quinn wanted him to skate a little more after his two week leave before inserting him in the lineup.
It would not shock me if Artemi was back in there for the second game of this two game set.
