Tony DeAngelo trolls haters in Instagram post after signing new deal with Rangers
Yesterday, Tony DeAngelo inked a brand new 2 year-deal to keep him on Broadway. The 24 year-old rearguard is no stranger to the trolls on Rangers social media who wanted him gone because of his political leanings. Tony being Tony couldn’t help himself and had a message for his haters.

“Couldn’t be happier to be back in NY for another 2 years,” DeAngelo began on his Instagram. “It’s a great honor to wear this jersey and I look forward to doing it for anther 2 years (at least),” he added with a wink emoji to fire up his haters.
The Rangers leading scorer on the blue-line thanked fans for their support as well. Still, Tony who isn’t shy on social media let it be known that he’s aware of some in the fan base’s displeasure.
And believe me, most fans are overwhelmingly in favor of this deal. Those who aren’t are usually the same people on social media up in arms every time he tweets (even when it isn’t about politics).
